Ashley and Casey’s wedding day started off on a slightly hot but beautiful Saturday. I was so excited for another chance to work with Ashley and Casey, and with the amazing wedding planners Soirees. I always know that when Soirees is at the helm, the day is guaranteed to go smoothly for everyone.
Once in the presidential suite of the beautiful Doubletree Hotel, I found Ashley was busy making some last minute touches to her vows. Her mom Charlene walked me around introducing me to the extended family and friends, which was SO helpful! Then the day for me officially began! It’s always so exciting as a photographer when I’m put into the middle of an emotionally charged situation and that’s exactly what happened from the very beginning to the very end of the day. Lots of embraces, joy, laughter, prayer, tears, meaningful looks, anticipation… all of it was happening before my camera and I was loving it!
