The Bertholds | Lily Kate and Levi!

Warning: this blog post is not intended to be viewed by people who die of cuteness overload.  Proceed at your own risk…

Levi and Lily Kate are just the cutest brother and sister combo that I’ve had the pleasure of photographing. They love each other so much and get along so well. I could probably do a whole two hour session of them eating ice cream in one spot. Everything they did was just so awesomely cute. My camera loves them!

Ice cream… with sprinkles!

Eating ice cream outside can get messy… quick!

haha… Lily Kate is looking at her ice cream like it’s the most fascinating thing in the world and Levi is starting to just pick off the sprinkles. Love it!

Levi was all to willing to share.

And his reward. So sweet.

Check out the ice cream cone. It was getting really messy… and on top of that, she was rubbing ice cream in her hair!  I got too close to Lily Kate a and she reached out and touched my lens a couple of times.  haha

The result of all the dripping. Most of it ended up on her dress.  She didn’t care and was having a blast!

Then it was fun time! Levi on his scooter.

Do you notice something cool about Lily Kate’s shirt?

How about a close up with a little hint above it. 🙂

So fun.

IMG_1470Thanks again to the Bergtholds for letting me hang out with them and take some photos of their kids!  I enjoy myself so much each time I hang out with them and I’ve enjoyed documenting these amazing kids as they continue to grow! Love it!

What other’s are saying

Something subtle, yet powerful, happens when I look at Bo. There’s an energy present that is very real and felt only between the two of us. It is the connection we have with each other, embodying all that brought us together and the love we share. I imagine that most people assume it’s there, but no one actually looks for it. Except you. Instead of taking pictures of the two of us, you capture what is between us. It is a profound gift that you have, Rich, to catch meaning in a glance or love in a touch. Thank you so much for sharing your gift with us. - Rebekah Hughes
